-- Brother Donald Metcalf: I'm gonna get up first. You know if you strike out...the first batter of the game, it's not that bad. If you strike out if you're the last batter that's the one that everybody remembers.

( laughter ).

So if I get up here and strike out, maybe Phil and some of these others can get up here and y'all won't remember what I said if I strike out. I was just thinking about what God has done for us. You know the last couple of nights we've had people come forward, and I believe there's been some souls won to God. And, I appreciate that. And just some things I was thinking about...and during the song service when Jim was leading the song service...I read this a couple of weeks ago in the beginning of the service and it's really stood out to me so much. I'm gonna read this again.

The ones in the Tabernacle, y'all pardon me. And if I'm not mistaken, I believe Ruth and John used to sing this if I'm not mistaken. It's "Jesus Signed My Pardon." It says, "I was in sin's prison, oh so dark and cold..."--And I believe we've all been in sin's prison one time or another--"...Just a lost sheep wandering, from God's eternal fold. Then the gate swung open, Jesus spoke to me, I have signed your pardon, you may now go free." We're free tonight, people!

( congregational amens ).

God has set us free. When that gate has swung open, we were free to go through it. There's nothing the devil can say. We are free. If the Son has set you free, you are free indeed. "When the Savior led me from that awful place, I could hear the angles, they sang Amazing Grace..."--And I believe we can sing with the angles 'Amazing Grace' tonight, because it was that grace that saved us--that set us free--"...I knew that I was pardoned..."--Do you know you're pardoned tonight? Do you know your sins have been washed away? Do you know that for a fact? Has the devil...does he come and condemn you? He's a liar. He's a liar and the father of it.

( congregational amens ).

You can put him behind you tonight. You've been set free! You are free. "...I knew that I was pardoned, from my sin and shame, then I joined their singing, Glory to His Name."

( congregational amens ).

"Life is now worth living, since I've been set free, I'm glad He was willing, to save a wretch like me. Now I have a mansion, not a prison wall, Jesus signed my pardon, yes He paid it all." It's been paid tonight, folks, all of it!

( congregational amens ).

There's nothing...not 99.9 percent, 100 percent. It's been paid! We can give God the glory tonight for that.

( congregational amens ).

And then the verse goes, "Jesus signed my pardon, this I surely know. Took my place at Calvary, now I won't have to go. All my life I've given Him, He gave His for me, when He signed my pardon, there at Calvary." Praise God! I tell you, we've got a lot to be thankful for tonight--a lot to be thankful for.

( congregational amens ).

Praise God! And I thought about a verse...some scriptures over here in Ephesians. And I'll read this real quick, and get out of the way. Ephesians 2, and start here in the 1st verse, "And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others."

But this is what really stands out, "But God, who is rich in mercy..." He could have just said God, who is in mercy. But it's, "...God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love..."--Not just His love--"...his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together..."--He's raising us up, folks, together--"And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus." You're in heavenly places tonight. You're in heavenly places tonight, folks. Praise God!

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God." And I thank God for that gift! "Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." And I'm gonna skip over to 17, "And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God." Folks, we're in the family of God.

( congregational amens ).

We're in the household. We're no more strangers. We are in the household of God. I tell you, I appreciate what God has done for us. It's something that He's worked in us. And He started to work, and He's gonna finish it. And I appreciate it. I thank God for the liberty, the freedom tonight in the singing. I tell you, I don't know how to express it. I'm like Tim, I do have hair parted down the middle.

( laughter ).

I just thought about that, brother.

( laughter ).

Well Praise God! I appreciate the liberty and the freedom tonight. It's God in our midst. And I'm looking forward to what He's gonna do from here on out. It's like Phil has talked about...going to a higher level. I want to go to that higher level! I don't want to be satisfied right here. I want God to lead us and direct us, move us on.

( congregational amens ).

It says...cry out to Him, call upon His name and He'll show us great and mighty things that we knoweth not. Let's cry out to Him tonight, folks, and He's gonna show us great and mighty things that we've never dreamed of. Praise God!

( congregational amens ).

-- Brother Jimmy Robbins: I really am moving by faith here. I don't have any powerful inspiration, but I do have something that's stirring a little bit in my spirit. I appreciate Donald. God is using him and blessing him. He just blesses me every time I see him get up. And don't be intimidated by the devil that would tell you otherwise.

I'm not sure, but I have a strong suspicion that there are many people here tonight, that you're suffering. You're a child of God. You're suffering. And 99.9 percent of your problem is not how old you are, or how bad you feel. It's not your knees or your back. I believe that the enemy has been playing a tune in your head over and over and over and over. And that tune goes something like this. I think you read something about, in prison in our own minds. We're to sing out--to sing out.

You know here is one of the tunes that some of you hear. Things are never gonna get any better. It's not gonna change. I've tried. I've done the best I can, and it's not getting better. I've prayed and it's not getting any better. And some of you...another tune is, if it's gonna be like this, I don't want to live any longer. Life is not worth living and when the devil wraps that little thread around you over and over and over again, there becomes a stronghold in your mind. You're in prison.

I saw in a vision one time, a mental vision of this dear saint of God. The devil was beating her--beating her. And I saw her in prison and the gate was already swung open. All she would have had to have done, is walk out. The gate is open tonight, beloved.

( congregational amens ).

The gates of God's mercy is open tonight. I want to say this to you. You may be someone that's got devils. You may be distraught and in trouble. Casting out devils, we can do that. The Lord Jesus can give the power to His people and has done that. But we need to have Christ inside of us, beloved. That's what we need. We're not gonna make it. We can't stand, if we don't have Christ in our heart.

I'm gonna close by just paraphrasing a scripture. I don't know who you are or what your condition is tonight but hear this and know this for a certainty. If you're a child of God, the blood of Christ has defeated the enemy already for you. The battle's already won.

( congregational amens ).

The prison doors are open. You can walk through them tonight. You can be set free. In Mark chapter 4, it speaks of Jesus saying, let's go to the other side. And the devil didn't want Jesus and the disciples to go to the other side, so he sent a great storm, waves, tumultuous waves kicking that ship around. Jesus was in there asleep. They woke Him up, "...Carest thou not that we perish?" He said, "...Peace, be still...." And that's what the Lord's gonna do for you tonight. He's gonna say, peace, be still, and your storm's gonna...it's gonna stop. Tonight, it's gonna happen.

( congregational amens ).

Peace, be still. He went for one purpose. He left the 99, and he went for 1 problem. Just as soon as the ship docked, and their feet hit the ground there was a man that was in the tombs, in the graveyard, "...no man could bind him, no, not with chains." If they put chains on him, he'd break 'em asunder. This man would walk naked through the graveyard, screaming at the top of his voice...insane--no sanity in his brain...crying out--crying out.

Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, heard that cry on the other side of that water. Are you crying out? Are you crying out tonight for help? This poor man was insane, cutting himself with stones and bleeding. When he saw Jesus, he ran. The Bible says, he ran and he fell down and he worshipped Him. Listen, run tonight. You need to run--run tonight.

( congregational amens ).

Run, and fall down, and worship the living Savior. The devil took over his mind and says, thou son of David, You've come to torment us before our time. Jesus said, what is your name? I am "...Legion, for we are many." I don't care if there's 10,000 devils, God can run 'em all off. Praise God! Praise the Lord.

( congregational praise ).

Thank you, Lord. Makes no difference. This poor man fell down and worshipped him. Then he cried out. The devil spoke through him. Jesus cast those devils out of that poor man. They ran into the swine and they caused the swine to jump over the cliff and destroyed a lot of animals. People were mad. People came out to see this man--came to see him. There he was, sitting by the Savior in his right mind, fully clothed. Do you want to be back in your right mind, fully clothed with the righteousness of Jesus Christ? It's available tonight.

( congregational praise ).

It's available tonight. It was a miracle. People from that city came out from Decapolis. They came out and they saw this poor deranged soul, with his hair combed, his face washed, a beautiful clothing, sitting by the Savior. Jesus' mission was over. He began to go to the boat. This man went with Him. He wanted to be with Jesus. Don't you want to be with Jesus?

( congregational amens ).

Jesus says, no you can't come. He says, go and tell the people what's been done to you. The woman at the well dropped her water pot. She left it all. She went into the city, says, come, see a man, who told me whatsoever things I did. Is not this the Christ? Jesus Christ is here tonight to save you. He's here to deliver you from those devils. He's here to fill that heart with His presence and His love.

This man went back to the city and told 'em, Jesus set me free. Jesus cast the devils out. He published that all throughout the whole city. Listen, tonight is your night to be delivered from devils, from bondage. "...The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds." Glory to God!

( congregational praise ).

"...Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world." Glory to God! "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." The power of God almighty in Jesus Christ is residing right now in this church. It's gonna come forth in great power. You will be delivered tonight.

( congregational praise ).

-- Brother Billy Boyte: I don't get up and speak very often. I don't usually have a whole lot that would be of benefit tonight. But I had a thought that...well I went out before church tonight. I had a burden in my heart for a particular young lady that I know the enemy's been working on. I said, Lord, only You can deliver. Only You can set free. Only You can give that Word that'll enable those chains to fall off, and to be able to set her free.

And I know many times when the Lord spoke to people, He gave 'em something to do, so that they could exercise their faith. Now it was in obedience to doing the thing He tells you to do, as a result comes what He's promised.

And this scripture came to me. It's in Psalms 50, very simple--very simple instructions. But, the result can be dramatic in your life tonight. Now we've been challenged tonight to put God on the spot in this area. You need deliverance? God will deliver you tonight--not tomorrow night, not next week, not six months from now...tonight.

( congregational amens ).

Today's your day. Tonight's your night. There's no devil in hell that can withstand when God says prove me. Prove me. Prove me. I'll show you. I'm faithful. And I'm testimony. I know. I've been through some battles. I've been through some things. I know the enemy worked on me a God-awful way in times past. And every time somebody would give me a Word and that Word would set me free. Every time I'd walk in obedience to it, the result came and I was set free. I was liberated from my problems.

And this came to me tonight in verse 14. It said, "Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High." And God says this, "And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me."

( congregational amens ).

This is not rocket science. This is simple stuff, folks. He says, you offer to Me thanksgiving. You say, Lord, thank You for my trial. Thank You for my bondage. Thank You for where I'm at, and Lord I want You to help me. I want You to deliver me. Lord, help me like that blind man. Lord, help me. They said, look, look, He's too busy. He's got other things to do. You hold your peace. He cried the louder. He said, no way. This is my day. This is your day. Call on Him. Call out to Him from your heart.

( congregational amens ).

We've seen so many times that we can get people to call on God from their own heart, they're set free right there on the spot. He says, "...Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

( congregational amens ).

He can't stand against the Word of God. The Word of God is watched over by God almighty and it has power. It has power to set you free tonight. Dare to prove Him. Dare to prove Him.

( congregational amens ).

-- Brother Steve Sharpe: Turn with me to Mark chapter 9. I was sitting over there tonight as we were waiting on God and this scripture came to me. In my mind, I said, God, why would you bring this scripture to my mind? And I had no idea, but now I do. I understand. God is speaking. He's speaking very specifically and directly. He wants to deliver.

He's here tonight for a specific reason, just as Jesus was sent often times to a place. He was sent specifically for a purpose. And our Lord Jesus Christ is here tonight, not just willy-nilly, but He's here for a specific purpose. He's here to seek and to save those that are lost, those that are in bondage, specifically those that are bound by Satan. I believe it with all my heart.

And in verse 14 it said, "And when he came to his disciples, he saw a great multitude about them, and the scribes questioning with them. And straightway all the people, when they beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running to him saluted him. And he asked the scribes, What question ye with them?" In other words, what are you talking about?

"And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit; And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not. He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.

And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming. And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child. And ofttimes it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us. Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth."

( congregational amens ).

All things are possible. "And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief."

( congregational amens ).

There's another depiction of this scripture in Matthew that says, when the disciples said, why couldn't we do this? He said, because of your little faith. He said, "...If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed..." We have more faith than that tonight. The Son of the living God, Himself is in this place to deliver. And if you don't have the faith, come and cry out. Ask Him, as this man did, Lord, help my unbelief.

( congregational amens ).

He is here to deliver. And I don't know what specific devil is here, but I take authority over you in the name of Jesus Christ.

( congregational amens ).

God almighty has given the keys to the kingdom to us. He said, whatever we bind on earth, is bound in heaven. We bind you in Jesus' name.

( congregational amens ).

Come forth and cry out to God almighty and to His Son, Jesus Christ, and He will deliver you.

-- Brother Jimmy Robbins: Praise the Lord! Praise God! Thank you Lord.

( congregational amens ).

Praise God! Praise the Lord. That very scripture he gave out was on my heart and spirit...so wonderful. I appreciate that, brother. Listen, tonight, I believe that there are devils gonna leave this place. Some have already left. I sense it in my spirit. Let's all stand where we are. We're gonna pray and ask God to help you. But before we do, I want to say this, that...you feel that your case is hard. You've had it a long, long time. It's not hard for God.

( congregational amens ).

It's not hard for the Lord. Don't be embarrassed. Don't be ashamed. I'm just gonna simply ask you right now if you're bound...now this is a true story and people who've know me a long time know this is true. I honestly thought I was going crazy. My mind was so bombarded with dark thoughts, negative thoughts and those grooves were deep trenches. It's like the old days. You had the Model T Fords, and you'd get those rained out ruts and you'd get in there...you couldn't get those things out of those ruts, could you, Jimmy? I mean it was locked in there. But I want to tell you, the dynamite of God can bust that thing wide open.

( congregational amens ).

And it's here tonight. I want to ask you to come forward and we're gonna ask all the elders to pray for you. I'm talking about individual cases now. I want...if you're bound in your spirit and you need deliverance tonight, you want deliverance tonight, it's available. It's like you're out in the desert and you're starving to death, you're just absolutely dry. And you need deliverance. The water's here.

( congregational amens ).

The waters of life is here. I want all the elders to come up here from all the churches. All the elders come up here and we're gonna pray for Bill, is the first one. And I want those of you that want to be prayed for...we don't normally do prayer lines and that's not what we're trying to do here, to get rid of your gallbladder trouble and all. We want to get the devils out of you.

( congregational amens ).

Now if you will step forward, any of you right now that want to be prayed for and want deliverance, I want you to come on right over here. Come on. I want you to come on now. Flee down here. You don't need to wait. Run down here.

( congregational praise ).

Praise God! Right over here. Right over here. Any of you...right over here, right here. Come on all of you that's bound by devils, every one of you. Come on. Come on. Come on down here. Some of you, you're not coming. You ought to be down here.

( congregational amens ).

I want you elders to lay hands on every one of 'em as you go. And as they lay hands on you, y'all resist the devil yourselves, in the name of Jesus--in the name of Jesus. We thank You, Lord, for power over every devil, every demon, every bondage. We command the devil to flee in the name of Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God. I thank You Lord for the victory. Hallelujah! Glory to God! Thank You, Lord. Devil, we resist you, Satan. Come out of 'em devil. Hallelujah. Thank You, Lord. Thank You, my God. Thank You, Jesus. Oh, my God.

( congregational amens ).

Thank you, My Lord. Thank You, Father. Thank You, Lord. Oh bless Your name, Lord. Hallelujah!
